The global food system faces significant challenges, including food waste, resource depletion, and environmental degradation. To address these issues, we propose Eco Food, a sustainable food management system designed to reduce waste and maximize resources. Eco Food integrates cutting-edge technologies, such as IoT sensors, AI-powered analytics, and blockchain, to create a holistic platform for food management.Eco Food's primary objective is to minimize food waste throughout the supply chain, from production to consumption. The system achieves this by:1. Real-time monitoring: IoT sensors track food quality, quantity, and storage conditions, enabling prompt action to prevent spoilage.2. Predictive analytics: AI-powered algorithms analyze data from various sources to forecast demand, detect anomalies, and optimize logistics.3. Blockchain-based tracking: A transparent and tamper-proof ledger records food origin, movement, and quality, ensuring accountability and trust.
